Description

 

This is a thermocouple sensor for industrial applications and is available in Type J, K, N, T and other grades upon request.

The thermocouple comprises of various diameter fixed inserts with either a transmitter mounting plate or a ceramic terminal block. The hot junction can be either “grounded” or “ungrounded” from the sheath.

A wide range of terminal heads are available. The thermocouple can be installed into a thermowell or directly into the process by means of an adjustable or fixed fitting.

Head (terminal enclosure)   This product is available in the complete range of heads.

Transmitters (optional)   We can manufacture the thermocouples fitted with transmitters
to increase accuracy and reliability compared to direct wired solutions.
We offer a wide range of transmitters that are PC Programmable including:
• HART® Programmable Transmitters
• Profibus® PA Head Transmitters
• Foundation Fieldbus™ Head Transmitters
Displays (optional)   We can manufacture the thermocouples fitted with pluggable displays
to indicate actual measured values, identification and fault events.
This requires the use of a suitable terminal head with a display window.
